New York law now requires electronic versions of all mandatory workplace postings. Previously, the law required these legal postings be posted in the workplace in areas visible to employees and candidates for employment. Legislation amended Section 201 of the Labor Law requiring employers to now make mandatory NY workplace postings available to employees electronically in addition to posting them in the workplace.
